You’ll find plenty of parking spaces in front of our Apparthotel Kirchgasser.

For the highest standard of comfort on your holiday our house is equipped with the following facilities:

 

• Sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam sauna, Physiotherm infra-red cabin, rain showers, relaxation room with loungers & drinking water fountain (free use)
• Ski cellar with ski boot dryer
• Equipment for allergy-sufferers available on request

When staying in our rooms breakfast buffet is included. Breakfast can also be booked at an extra charge when staying in in our apartments:

• Adult: € 18,00 per person and day
• Child 6-12 years: € 12,00 per child and day
• Child 3-6 years: € 7,00 per child and day

• The valley stations of the the Plattenkarbahn lift (ski pass office) & Edelweissbahn lift are just 50 m away
• Ski slope in front of the Apparthotel – doorstep skiing
• A number of restaurants nearby: Wismeyerhaus & Hotel Austria are just 150 m away, Alte Alm 7 minutes walk away
• 10 minutes walk to the center of Obertauern

Please note that pets are not permitted in our house.

Our house is strictly non-smoking. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes in front of the house or on the balcony.

Prices are excluding local tax: € 2,00 per person from 15 years per night – until 31.Oktober 2023

From 01. November the local tax is € 2,45 per person from 15 years per night.

Your reservation is binding on receipt of our booking confirmation. Details regarding a deposit can be found in your booking confirmation.

In the event of late arrival or early departure the full rental fee is to be paid.

Please note our conditions of cancellation:

Winter

For cancellations of bookings for the period from 15 November 2023 to 15 May 2024, the following cancellation conditions apply

• For cancellations up to 91 days before the arrival date, we charge a cancellation fee of € 50 per booked apartment/room.
• For cancellations from 90 days to 31 days prior to the arrival date, 50 % of the total arrangement price will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within the last 30 days until the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total arrangement price will be charged

The right of revocation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, the above mentioned cancellation conditions apply.

Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

 

Summer

For cancellations of bookings for the period from 01. July 2023 to 31 Oktober 2024, the following cancellation conditions apply

• For cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date, we charge a cancellation fee of € 50 per booked apartment/room.
• For cancellations from 14 days to 8 days prior to the arrival date, 70 % of the total arrangement price will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within the last 7 days until the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total arrangement price will be charged

The right of revocation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, the above mentioned cancellation conditions apply.

Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

 

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. For this reason we recommend you take out travel insurance, e.g. european travel insurance.
